Feast? Really? Day#9

We are all feasted (?) out and welcome a meal of  our favorites: an afternoon snack of coffee and pretzels and then a dinner later of  pea soup with veggies from Harold’s, a bit for meat on the bone from Fairway for Tuvia, some lean turkey for me, a fresh baguette, potatoes- white and sweet…dessert from Entenmann’s.  I think that will be more than enough for us. I might even stop after a full bowl of the soup.

I think both of us need a break from the feasts at the tables we have been gracing.  Of course there will be more to come in the next few weeks, but this  break is welcome 🙂
