Stuck in Memories: SOLT: An Invitation to the Slicer Community from me!

I’ve been stuck in the process of recreating a digital piece from this year in images.  It’s tough.  Sifting through images in iPhoto, Aperture, FB, selecting just the right tune and then the program.

And then I stop, wondering if this isn’t too much about me… but then yes, it is about me and the world I live in and the amazing experiences I’ve been lucky to have had this year.  In the past I’ve created pieces from the communities I live in so, how about that as well.

Please join me this year in creating a digital piece that you can share it. Send me a photo or that captures something important in your 2013.

How about that?  I’m writing and thinking at 5am.  Send the photo(s) to

  1. You are a whirlwind of activity – these photographs capture your busy path through the year, my friend – and I’m always so glad that our paths continue to intersect.

  2. Your photos truly do reflect your life. Time spent with loved ones, both friends and family; work and play, happy and sad. Thank you for sharing these, Bonnie! I’ll enjoy looking through my photos to find one for your project.

  3. Bonnie, I love your photo stories! I was tickled to see the picture of us at AllWrite! What a fascinating experience to meet, sit and share together. This past June has been a highlight of my year. I have one of your group pictures as my background on my computer. I am greeted everyday by a smile from you and others from the Slicing community. Our lives enrich us and encourage. Thank you for sharing. I too will look for a photo to send to you. Hugs to you, my friend!! (Wesley is home from college. I am so delighted to have him home as he is a story teller, bringing out the richness in all of us.)
