I know I’m cheating a bit, just reshaping the rules to fit with a 24-hour brain freeze. But I haven’t given up and that’s the point right?
So Friday, as we came out of a powerful storm I wasn’t creating much but I knew there would be lots of CREATING if we just got to our Friday night family Shabbat. Kids creating, adults cooking… all good!!!
Now a day out of commission… challenging! I spent the day CLIMBING the couch… and then moving in the bedroom, CLIMBING on the bed. I know I’m stretching this a bit but trust me, it was a climb. Thankfully, I could read and I devoured the massive new book by Donna Tratt, The Goldfinch. I can’t say it was satisfying. Less would be so much more.
And today, back into action, given that I was feeling better and Tuvia was a caged tiger. DASH to get out! DASH to get to a table and chow down!
Okay, now I’m done and caught up. What’s on the list for tomorrow, Kim?
Glad you are caught up! I was wondering what had happened to you. Ready for the next storm? We are facing frigid temps and deep snow. When will this end? Stay well my friend!
We are just beginning this winter, I’m afraid 🙂 It was great to just read and sleep yesterday. Sad to watch Tuvia miserable without me to adventure outside with him. BTW, whats your twitter name?
