Big Weekend with Family, Friends & Food

Leave it to me to begin a barbecue weekend, the first weekend of summer, Memorial Day weekend to kick off with a new diet and meeting with a certified nutritionist.  Yep, I kept my appointment right after an hour of weight training with Anthony.  Actually that’s probably the best way to begin a potentially very calorically damaging holiday weekend, right?

I kept a food journal on my iPhone, my iPad and computer- all in sync 🙂  And I did try and keep the zipper on.

So time for some images to bring me back to the last 4 days. So blessed for families and friends and great food with some control!

  1. Wonderful visual images that with your words of diet woe added, sum up a long weekend of indulging in family, friends, love and cuddles, even if you shied away from some of the wonderful delicacies.
