Leave it to me to begin a barbecue weekend, the first weekend of summer, Memorial Day weekend to kick off with a new diet and meeting with a certified nutritionist. Yep, I kept my appointment right after an hour of weight training with Anthony. Actually that’s probably the best way to begin a potentially very calorically damaging holiday weekend,right?
I kept a food journal on my iPhone, my iPad and computer- all in sync 🙂 And I did try and keep the zipper on.
