Coming to you, Tuv, from the Adrondacks on a day without rain(s0 far) and it’s warm. Just keeping a jacket in the car for later, when the sun disappears. But we are back in the library where I can be connected to my world. YES!!!!!
It’s good to be with James now that we are in our real time groove. Loved this play reading last night with 7 very interesting actors at the Recovery Lounge Arts Center in Upper Jay… What an interesting place for theater with audience seating of chairs in all sizes and styles. Loved that! I selected something very comfy in the second row, ailse and sure I might a snoozed for a few mintues in Act II. Just hope I wasn’t snoring. James didn’t say anything and the guy sitting next to me didn’t give me a polite nudge, so I’m going to say I was quiet.
I am still not crazy about Sam Shepard (Buried Child) but I did love the work of the actors and James. It was a play reading and wow were the actors prepared. No sitting around, they were up and moving, keeping us engaged for 3 full acts. I say and said to all at the q and a BRAVO!!!! But yesterday was a long day, a cold day and a very full day… but as it ended, as we sat in front of the fire, and digested and reflected together sipping a bit of my good vodka, nibbling on very dark chocolate and chips and feeling at home even with house unfinished. It didn’t matter to the conversation and yes, the sleeping was pretty peaceful too.
It’s good T, all good today. Just can’t keep track of what day it really is…
This trip would not be for you, but I know you’re rooting and smiling for me.

Bravo to you too! This trip into the mountains sounds like it was perfect for you.
Sounds like a fun time in the beautiful Adirondacks.
Oh, that little bar with the loaves of bread…what a delightful spot. I could just stay there for a long time.
I’m glad it was a good evening, new times in the woods. That place looks very nice to me.
