Evening T and Slicers,
Yes, T you can smile. I am in a state of movement… logging mileage in my car and racing to keep up with my appointments and yes, it feels good, healthy. Yes… you’re right of course: Off the couch, out of the house… in the world.
Two out of three days are under my belt.
Up and out yesterday at 6:30 with a quick coffee stop just before the Thruway from a DD Coffee- large of course. New Paltz and a jump into Mary’s car- cappuchino and off to Guilerland HIgh School for documenting- back in a great classroom. LOVED IT!
Great drive home even in the rain. On time, I took back my car for the last leg and by 4:30 I was back home and racing to prep for dinner for 5. One free hour on the couch before guests arrived. Exhasuted and smiling… Good day and yes, I had enough energy as long as I sipped just one drink to get through the evening with eyes wide open.
And then another day…
This morning I woke up with a hangover on something other than my alcohol intake and I thought it would be a easy day when I knew I wasn’t dining with Tara, but no, by noon, I had a lunch date with my cousins Elaine and Lou and a surpise meet up in NYC with George and a VR 360 invite at the NY Times. And I could have said no and opted for the couch, but I felt you pushing me off and out and I “obeyed”.
Strawberry Place to catch with family and then sunshine to inspire a ride in traffic into the city. So worthwhile…. the door was opened I just walked through…
Simple and healthy…. coming back to life in motion…
I heard you T.
Bonnie S.
Great days!
Congrats.
I felt you pushing….Seems like you were in your groove putting on the miles.
